WHAT’S THE WARRANTY ON YOUR SUNGLASSES?

All 2nu Performance Sunglasses comes with a lifetime warranty that covers a repair or replacement of your sunglasses. 

Some damages are unrepairable for us such as:

• Lens scratches
• Lens broken
• Frame broken

In such cases, we will offer a replacement under the warranty. Each incident is subject to the replacement fees (shipping included) below:

Replacement Fee (all 2nu Sunglasses except Prescription Sunglasses):

Australia: AU$60

Hong Kong: HK$300

New Zealand: NZ$65

Singapore: SG$55

Rest of the World: AU$60 (we may charge shipping fee in some countries) 

Replacement Fee for Prescription Sunglasses:

Australia: AUD$160

Hong Kong: HK$800

New Zealand: NZ$175

Singapore: SG$150

Rest of the World: AU$160 (we may charge shipping fee in some countries) 

In the unfortunate event that the replacement of the ordered model are no longer available, we will extend a special offer to acquire a new pair of replacement sunglasses as compensation for our inability to fulfill the guarantee.

The warranty does not cover loss or theft, any defects caused by improper use, sunglasses that were bought second hand or without proof of purchase directly from 2nu and cosmetic damages such as:

• general wear and tear generated from using the sunglasses.
• Any damage that does not impact the overall functionality of the sunglasses.
