If you’ve ordered before 3.00pm (Sydney time) or 12.00 (Hong Kong time) most likely your package will be sent to courier in the same day. For “Custom Order”, it may take 1-2 days longer depending on the stock level of the particular items.

Our operation team located in Singapore, Sydney/Australia, and Hong Kong SAR. They take break on weekends and national holidays, so orders placed on those day will be prepared and shipped the following business day.
